Refund and Returns Policy

ORDER POLICIES:

  • All prices of the product are mentioned in INR. (Indian Rupees).
  • 5% GST extra applicable on prices.
  • All orders will be processed & shipped, after receiving the payment is received. We will accept the payments through electronic mode only i.e. Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer | NEFT/RTGS), Paytm, UPI.
  • In case, where we have accepted the payment, but the product becomes unavailable for any reason, we will inform you ASAP, and arrange for the refund OR customer can choose another product for same range.
  • Shipping charges are to be borne by customer only and it will vary as per city and state.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

We are committed to deliver the ordered products to the right customers within stipulated time, so you can set aside all your apprehensions and avail our services without any reluctance.

We provide you with a well-established delivery mechanism that ensures the products ordered by you reach without any defect, damage or quality-issues.

Orders are shipped and delivered through leading courier services, ensuring the buyers an accurate delivery, in good condition, and on right time.

All the orders are shipped within 3 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Additionally the customer will be provided with the Tracking details to track their order online, after it is shipped.

Please note that if there are any Octroi or State/City duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. Such duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.

We shall not be responsible for any kind of delay caused due to any unforeseen reasons by the courier company in delivering the parcel to the customers.

Any lost or damaged product (while in transit) needs to be notified on the way bill copy of the courier/India Post and has to be taken care by customer only. ‘Fashion Mania’ is not liable to compensate for any damages or lost products. All our parcels come with our branding tape on it. We do not ship parcel’s by any other name. Note: We are not liable to pay or reimburse for any order lost or stolen while in transit with any delivery service/transport.

PAYMENT MODE:

All orders will be processed & shipped, once payment is cleared. We accept payment via below modes:

Direct Bank deposits [Cash deposits/Cheque deposits].

NEFT / RTGS. (Wire Transfer)

Debit Card | Credit Card | Net-Banking.

PayTm.

Cheques/ Demand Drafts payable at par.

In case of cash deposits, Customer is required to notify the correct PAN number at the time of placing the orders.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

All payments should be notified pre and post deposition.

Please do keep proofs of your payments with you until the order is delivered to you. We may ask you details or picture of your payment just as a security protocol for confirmation.

Cheques/demand drafts if sent must be received within 4 business days of the orders. Cheque purchases will be shipped post cheques cleared.

Payment gateway charges are extra for payments done by Credit/Debit Cards, Net-Banking.

RETURN POLICY:

We DO-NOT accept returns of Goods once purchased from our Company. We offer best quality indeed; however, if there are any damages, we’ll try to replace damaged products subject to available stocks.

At the time of receiving parcel, if the package is damaged or opened or comes by any other branding pacakging except ours, it is advisable not to accept it. That parcels if accepted are not eligible for returns/refunds from our side.

Damaged products needs to be notified on the date of delivery and should be sent be back to us within 7 days after receiving the products.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products.  We will not register the complaint after the lapse of 24 hrs. We may ask for digital picture of the product in order to review the same.

Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer only.

Return request will not be accepted for custom made or stitched clothes.

All the products sold by us are legally provided by various firms and brands. We don’t hold any grievances caused due to copying of designs done by any third party firm. We don’t design or manufacture the products sold through the website. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Ghaziabad, India. Any grievances if caused are to be taken under Ghaziabad Jurisdiction Only.
